Listing publication guidelines
What a listing needs to be approved and published on PassTheKeys.
Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. These are the rules it must meet — following them gets your apartment approved quickly and keeps the platform trustworthy for seekers.
Accurate, complete information
Rent, number of rooms, surface area, floor and availability date must match reality. Incomplete or contradictory details are the most common reason a listing is held back.
Clear, genuine photos
Upload recent, well-lit photos of the actual apartment — not stock images, floor plans only, or pictures of a different unit. Blurry or very low-resolution photos are rejected.
Contact / régie details
For a lease transfer, provide the régie name and a working contact email so PTK can prepare a régie-ready dossier. For an owner-managed listing, give a reliable contact for the candidate.
One listing per apartment
Publish a single listing per apartment. Duplicates of the same unit are merged or removed.
Honest availability
The move-out / availability date must be real. Don’t list an apartment that isn’t actually becoming available.
If your listing wasn’t approved
You’ll see the reason on your dashboard. Fix the point it raises — usually a photo or a missing detail — and re-submit; we review again promptly.
